The Taproom

Lochiel keeps things small and personal — a single-location Mesa taproom built around the beer and the people who appreciate it. Dark wood, warm light, and pints poured the old way.

It’s a place for slow conversation and traditional styles you won’t find on every corner of the East Valley. Come thirsty, stay a while.

Nine Generations Deep

Our Story

Lochiel Brewing was founded in 2015 by Ian Cameron — a 9th-generation brewer carrying the traditions of Clan Cameron from the Scottish Highlands to East Mesa, Arizona.

Where much of modern craft chases the loudest, hoppiest trends, Lochiel goes the other direction: faithful, time-honored Old-World ales — Scottish, English, and Irish styles brewed the way they’ve been brewed for centuries. It’s a small operation with deep roots and a steady, loyal following of drinkers who value the craft.
